Established Taylor Winfield’s Silicon Valley office in 2003 to develop relationships with private equity/venture partners and CEOs to build their management teams. Developed extensive relationships with clients to create success-driven talent strategies to ensure they place the right talent in the right roles at the right time. Established Strategic Business Development role within $400mm business unit (20% YTY growth, approximately 30% of total annual revenues) developing, marketing and selling CRM solutions to global Institutional/Retail Finance, Insurance and Healthcare sectors. Focus included strategic planning, opportunity management, and global partner development and ROI value analysis.

Director, Global Recruiting

The first executive to lead the Company’s Global Recruiting unit, with the mandate to build the organization that drove all recruiting in the Americas, EMEA, APAC and Japan. Business units included all Development, Sales, Professional Services, Tech Support, IT, G&A, Marketing, Alliances, Product Marketing/Vertical Applications, and Industry Applications. Industries included Financial Services, Healthcare, Tech, Communications, Energy, Chemical, Life Sciences, Retail, Hospitality, Travel and Government. Built and led Recruiting unit during Company’s highest growth stage, ramping from 1000 to 8000 staff.

Director of Recruiting

Built worldwide (U.S., Europe, Australia) recruiting organization, enabling 50% annual growth rate for this $100 million, enterprise software and consulting services organization. As the one of the first business professionals hired by the Company in their start-up phase, developed the Company’s first Organizational Development strategy by identifying need for and personally recruiting all domestic and international business unit managers (and providing guidance for their teams). Also recruited CFO; General Counsel; Independent BOD; and all Sales, Software Development, Professional Services and Marketing leaders, while concurrently meeting quarterly recruitment goals set by the investment banking community.
