As the one of the first business professionals hired by the Company in their start-up phase, developed the Company’s first Organizational Development strategy by identifying need for and personally recruiting all domestic and international business unit managers (and providing guidance for their teams). Also recruited CFO; General Counsel; Independent BOD; and all Sales, Software Development, Professional Services and Marketing leaders, while concurrently meeting quarterly recruitment goals set by the investment banking community. My client engagements include all aspects of Talent Management, including Talent Acquisition, Succession, Global Inclusion, Diversity, Transition Management, Training Strategies, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, M/A Integration and IT Systems.
Many engagements start with an Executive Search and expand from there. Also, I've trained enterprise Talent Acquisition professionals (Heads of Recruiting) in the development of their Enterprise Recruiting Ecosystems*.
Lately, my clients include mostly private equity and venture-backed companies. Some public companies. Many global companies. Primarily in High Tech --- but in other verticals including Financial Services and Climate Change / Sustainability as well. The convergence of high technology / renewable resources / energy efficiency (with a monetization feature) is a great place to be. The business is fascinating; the people are excited; and everyone is thrilled to be creating innovative ways to capitalize on these opportunities — and especially to “give back”.
Personally, I’m very interested in knowing and learning about people who have impacted the world — in business, politics, and those who give others a lift up. There’s a lot to learn from their histories; there’s a lot to learn from their successes (and mistakes); and there’s a lot to learn from the risks they’ve taken.
